How is the observed price different from what I see on the site?
The observed price is the confirmed payable price at the moment of observation: what any visitor could pay on that URL at that time. It includes active promotions but excludes personalised discounts tied to specific accounts.
Does Noverpay predict when prices will drop?
No. Noverpay makes no predictions.
We record what has happened, not what we expect to happen.
What triggers a notification?
A notification is sent when the observed price is lower than the most recently recorded price on that URL.
What happens if monitoring pauses or errors occur?
If a URL cannot be resolved (for example when a variant becomes unavailable), monitoring pauses and the reason is shown clearly in the tracking view.
Is price history shared between users?
When multiple users track the same product, observations are pooled. This increases the frequency and completeness of the price history.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancelling simply returns your account to the Free plan. Your recorded price history remains intact.
Can't I just ask an AI about the prices?
An AI can tell you today's price. It cannot tell you whether today's price is high, low, or average. That requires weeks of independent observations, which is what Noverpay builds.
Does Noverpay detect promo codes, unapplied discounts, or site-wide sales?
Yes. Noverpay verifies the final payable price at the moment of observation.
This means changes are detected even if the listed product price has not changed, including product page discounts, site-wide promotions, percentage sales, promo codes, and automatic checkout promotions. When the payable price drops below the last recorded observation, Noverpay records it and notifies you.
