Privacy Policy

Noverpay (“we”, “us”) is a price-monitoring service in pre-launch. This page explains what personal data we collect during the waitlist phase, why we collect it, and what your rights are under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and equivalent regimes.

What we collect

• Email address.When you submit the waitlist form. Stored at our email provider, Loops (loops.so), inside the “Noverpay Waitlist” audience.
• Technical metadata. Your IP address, browser type, and timestamp at form submission. Collected automatically by Loops for spam prevention. Vercel (our hosting provider) also logs request metadata for security and infrastructure operation.
• Local preferences. Your theme choice (light or dark) is stored as a cookie / localStorage entry in your own browser. We never receive this data.

We do not run third-party advertising, retargeting, or behavioural-tracking scripts on this site.

Why we collect it

• To send you the welcome email and a small number of pre-launch updates before Noverpay launches in summer 2026.
• To send you the launch announcement when Noverpay goes live, including the early-subscriber thank-you promo.
• To prevent abuse of the signup form (the technical metadata above).

Legal basis (GDPR Article 6)

We process your email under your consent (Article 6(1)(a)) — submitting the form is your active opt-in. Technical metadata for spam prevention is processed under our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) in keeping the service operational and secure.

Who we share it with

Your email is held by Loops Right Inc. (loops.so), our email-delivery provider, under their Privacy Policy. Request and infrastructure metadata is held by Vercel Inc. (vercel.com) under their Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your data with any other third party.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, or until you ask us to delete your data, or up to 24 months after the Noverpay launch — whichever comes first. After launch we will migrate this list to our long-term email provider (Resend) and notify you of any change to this policy.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Unsubscribe at any time using the one-click link in every email we send you.
• Access the data we hold about you.
• Correct any inaccuracies.
• Delete your data (right to erasure).
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Object to processing or restrict how we use it.
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe we have mishandled your data — in Estonia, this is the Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@noverpay.app. We will respond within 30 days.

Children

Noverpay is not directed at children under 16. If you are under 16, do not submit the waitlist form.

Updates to this policy

We will update this page when material changes occur — for example when Noverpay launches the product and full Terms of Service and Cookie Policy apply. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent change. If we make a material change that affects how we use your email, we will notify you by email before the change takes effect.
